Sergio Bullón takes part in the second edition of Singulares

Sergio Bullón, member of the board of directors of AELMHU, spoke at the 2nd edition of the conference Singulares, united by rare or infrequent diseases, which was held in hybrid format in Madrid at the Royal National Academy of Pharmacy.

Panel four, which addressed "Perspectives on access to orphan drugs", was moderated by José Carlos Tallón Martínez, doctor at the Hospital Clínico San Carlos, and also included Alvaro Lavandeira, lawyer and professor at the Institute for Health Research and Training, José Luis Poveda Andrés, doctor at the University and Polytechnic Hospital of La Fe, and Gloria Palomo Carrasco, representing the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS).

Other topics such as advances in the field of rare diseases, the multidisciplinary approach to patients with rare diseases and the vision of the patient and their social and health care needs were also addressed throughout the day.
