In 2020, our country reached an all-time high of clinical trials in the field of Rare Diseases, with 194 authorised studies.
Despite the restrictions imposed because of Covid19 , and the particular vulnerability of people with minority pathologies, industry and patients' commitment to innovation in this field grew by 5.5% in the last year.
