Inequalities between Autonomous Communities and excessive bureaucracy are two of the most important problems highlighted by those affected by rare and ultra-rare diseases, of which there are 3 million in Spain. Despite the large number, the vast majority of patients do not have a cure or sufficient information about their disease.
