The Spanish Association of Orphan and Ultra-Orphan Drug Laboratories (AELMHU) has announced the second edition of the AELMHU Awards to recognise the best clinical trajectories, research and dissemination of rare diseases and/or orphan drugs. With these awards, AELMHU wishes to contribute to a better understanding of rare diseases and orphan drugs, as well as to a greater dissemination of the problems of the people affected, the recognition of their pathologies, their special circumstances and the therapeutic and social value of orphan drugs.
